Deb Maloy
Deb Maloy serves as the Administrator of Quest for Independence (QFI) - Manchester located in Perry, Ohio in Lake County. Her responsibilities include the day to day operations of the business. She joins a team of dedicated, knowledgeable, innovative, and creative employees who are assisting in making the program a success. The program opened in August, 2007 and is steadily growing with a fine group of participants as well as employees.
Deb and her team’s goal is to make the program a huge success by integrating the participants wants and needs into the program as best as possible. The success is determined by the success of the folks we serve. The main purpose of the development of QFI was to offer choice to individuals. Through this alternative we will strive to make each individual successful in their own individual and unique way. As is Deb’s history, it is creative thinking and organization that will make a program, and thus an individual successful.
Deb had previously served as the Administrator of Manor Home, a past ViaQuest managed company. Deb began her employment at Manor Home in 1993 as the Director of Nursing and was promoted to the Administrator in 1996. Her years of service and dedication are beneficial not only to the folks served but to the employees as well. She has a tendency to be detail oriented and is well organized. She is a Registered Nurse by trade having earned her Associates Degree from Marion Technical College in 1984.
