Deborah Willen serves as the Administrator for Quest for Independence in the Central Ohio region. She was appointed to this role in July 2010. In this position, Deborah is responsible for the overall personnel, operational, program and fiscal management for the central region. She enjoys programming and policies and being creative to adopting quality assurance to improve service delivery. Quest for Independence Columbus is able to serve a population of 150 individuals in the areas of day habilitation and vocational opportunities.
Prior to becoming an Administrator, Deborah worked for 8 years with another ViaQuest business line, SupportCare. During her tenure at SupportCare, Deborah served as a Program Director over the Licensed Homes, a QMRP for an ICF/MR, and her last few years as the Quality Assurance Specialist. She was inducted into the ViaQuest President's Club in 2006. Deborah graduated Summa Cum Laude from Wright State University in 1998 and is Licensed Social Worker.
