Tracy Witt

Tracy Witt is the Administrator for Quest for Independence serving the Greater Cincinnati area. Her role combines management of the facility, employee oversight, fiscal management and quality assurance reviews with the development and implementation of structured and multiple programs and procedures. Quest for Independence Tri-County provides services in 4 counties in Southwest Ohio. Those counties include Hamilton, Butler, Warren and Brown. Tracy’s favorite part of the job is hands-on observation and interaction with persons served and the employees who care for them. Tracy is known for her training ability, attention to detail and common sense approach to the job while implementing all programmatic policies and procedures.

Before joining ViaQuest’s Quest for Independence team, Tracy worked over 15 years in a variety of positions within the ViaQuest family of businesses. Her positions ranged from Direct Care and Day Program Director at an ICF/MR to a Residential Program Director at SupportCare. She is a 2004 ViaQuest Presidents Club inductee. Tracy attended The Vincennes University and The University of Cincinnati where she majored in Therapeutic Recreation and Criminal Justice.
